What’s inside the Shipment Box?
You will receive your Iceriver AL0 in a cardboard box, safely padded with foam pieces on top and bottom to avoid damage during shipping.
If you ordered a power supply for your AL0, you will receive a laptop-style power brick.

If you don’t want to order a power supply along with AL0, you can find an alternative, like an HP server PSU to power your ASIC.
It is not recommended to overclock your ASIC if you are using an HP server PSU. On the flip side, you can overclock if you are using any of the other two power supply cables that come with Iceriver AL0.
How to Setup Iceriver AL0?

Preparing the ASIC
Connect one end of the power supply to your Iceriver AL0 and the other end to the 120 V wall unit.
Connect the internet cable to the ASIC. You will need a dedicated wired internet connection as Iceriver AL0 does not have wifi support.
The Icervier AL0 will boot up immediately, and you can see the lights blinking.
Configuring the ASIC
The next step is to find your Iceriver AL0’s IP address. Then, you can access its web GUI and configure the wallet, worker name, and mining pool.
You can use a regular PC or laptop that uses the same internet connection as your Iceriver AL0.
You can get the IP address with either of the following steps.
~ You can use the free program software called Advanced IP Scanner to get your miner’s IP address.
~ Alternatively, you can log in to your router and get the IP address.
~ It’s handy to use Advanced IP Scanner. The software automatically scans your IP address.
~ Copy that IP address.
Accessing the Iceriver AL0 via the Web Browser
Enter the copied IP address on a web browser.
It will navigate to the screen asking for a username and password. Enter “admin” as username and “12345678” as password. It is the default username and password.
As you log in, you can access the web GUI of your Iceriver AL0.
Adding the Mining Pool
Go to the Mining Setting page to add the mining pool, worker name, and password.
First, you will need a reliable wallet. Since you are going to mine Alephium, you can visit its official website and check for wallet options. You can choose either a desktop, extension or mobile wallet, depending on your preferences.
Once you install your Alephium wallet, you will get your receiving address. You can copy that address and paste it into the wallet/worker tab in the Web GUI.
You need to distinguish a worker’s name. For that, you can add a period and give a worker the name of your choice.
Now copy that address and paste it into all three tabs. Ensure you have the same address on all three tabs.
Next is to add the mining pool. There are mining pool options for Alephium mining. You can check Mining Pool Stats to pick the most suitable Alephium mining pool.
Let’s take the Kryptex pool for illustration here. You can find the Alephium mining option listed out there. Click on the “Start Mining” button.
As you click on the “Start Mining” button, you can see different mining pool options for various locations.
If you’re in the US, you can copy that mining pool and paste it into pool address 1, and you can copy the other region addresses as backup pools on pool addresses 2 and 3.
Once you are done with your pool addresses and wallet name, the next is the password. It can be anything of your choice.
After entering all the details, hit save.

You can see your Iceriver is connected to your preferred Alephium mining pool and started mining Alephium.
