Sending the mining machine
Fill out the contacting form on the website or call us by phone. It is important to know the type of machine to be repaired and the nature of the problem, because based on this we can make a preliminary cost estimate.

Sending the mining machine
After accepting the offer, we are waiting for your machine at our address. You can send the machine by courier or bring it in person. If you would like to bring it in person, be sure to make an appointment with our colleagues.

Returning the repaired machine to the customer
If you have paid the invoice, the mining machine will be sent to the specified address by courier or you can pick it up in person at our office at a pre-arranged time.

Our repair services cover miners used for Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), and other cryptocurrencies. Support for additional brands and models is continuously being expanded.
Repair costs vary based on the fault type, board damage, and required components. After inspection and initial testing, we provide a clear repair estimate. Repairs are only performed after your approval. If you decide not to proceed, only the diagnostic and inspection fee is charged.
Repair timelines depend on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. On average, repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks, including diagnostics, component replacement, and stability testing. We provide updates throughout the process.
If we determine that your miner cannot be repaired, we will inform you immediately. You will only be charged for diagnostics, labor, and any parts already used. No additional repair fees are applied.
Log locations vary by miner model. When accessing your miner’s dashboard, please export the Clog and Hlog files and send them in text or Word format. If you need help locating the logs, our support team can guide you.
We strongly recommend sending the entire ASIC miner. Full-unit testing allows us to identify hidden issues, perform long-term stability checks, and ensure reliable performance after repair.
